What is a hosted buyer programme?

As a hosted buyer, you must commit to:

  • 8 meetings with sponsors and exhibitors
  • Join VIP tour/guided tour on Day 1
  • Attend awards dinner on Day 1
  • Selected networking events

How to qualify?

A hosted buyer is a senior decision maker directly responsible for purchasing and/or influencing the purchasing in their organisation.

When considering applications, we look at the following criteria:

  • You are available to travel to Kuala Lumpur from 8-10 October 2024
  • You are a senior professional with decision making authority
  • Have serious intent to purchase in the coming 6 -12 months and have potential for future business.
  • You must be from electric utility companies, independent power producers, RE Developers or large-scale energy users (such as industrial parks) based in Asia
  • Your job function should not be promoting your organisation and/or developing business internationally

How to apply?

Step 1: Register your interest 

To be considered for the programme, you’ll need to register your interest via the application form below. To ensure a successful application you must be a senior executive with purchasing authority and meet all the criteria mentioned above. Places in the Hosted Buyer programme are highly competitive and restricted to a limited number of guests.   

Step 2: Selection process 

Successful applicants will be notified of your success by email, and will have ten (10) working days to accept our invitation to join the programme.  

Step 3: Matching process 

Once confirmed as one of our Hosted Buyers, our Hosted Buyer Manager will work with you to identify your sourcing preferences to match you with our exhibitors, and assist in the management of your diary whilst attending Enlit Asia. 

Step 4: Self-Scheduled Appointments 

After the matching process is completed, our team member will send you your pre-scheduled appointment details via email.
