We have updated our cancellation policy. Please read carefully.

Fee Paying Summit Delegate Pass 

  • Fee paying delegate passes require payment at time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Due to limited conference space we advise early registration and payment by credit card to avoid disappointment. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received. 
     

  • Cancellations received in writing more than two months prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.  
     

  • Cancellations received in writing less than two months before the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the amount.  

  • A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts or a conference voucher valid for one year will be offered for the same value to use towards Enlit Asia event. No fees will be applied for this. Please contact Elisa Cruz (elisa.cruz@clarionevents.com) directly in the event you can’t make it and you need to provide the substitute delegate details. 
     

  • Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Enlit Asia reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

 

Free Summit Delegate Pass (Utilities & IPPs only)

  • Whilst not encouraged, delegates who qualify for complimentary passes may cancel their attendance with no penalty on or before 27 October 2023. Cancellations received after this time will incur penalty fee of US$300. All cancellations must be received in writing and must be acknowledged by 27 October 2023.  

  • The reason for this implementation is because last minute cancellation can affect our logistics, including arrangements for catering, materials and resources. And these arrangements are made in advance based on the number of registered attendees. Last minute cancellation or no-show can lead to wasted resources and increased costs. 
     

  • For cancellation, please inform our Audience Development Manager, Dennis Anchuelo (dennis.anchuelo@clarionevents.com) on or before 27 October 2023 to avoid penalty. 
     

  • A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts. No fees will be applied for this. Please contact Dennis Anchuelo (dennis.anchuelo@clarionevents.com) directly in the event you can’t make it and you need to provide the substitute delegate details. 
     

  • Cancellation of attendance fee shall be payable by the Delegate within one month of the closing date of the event. We will issue an invoice after the event. Enlit Asia will provide the Delegate with a receipt in respect of such charges for cancellation fee. 
     

  • Any Delegate who cancels due to medical reasons must provide a medical certificate within one week of notification or the Delegate will be charged cancellation fees as above. All medical certificates must be in English, not hand-written and with an official stamp and signature.
