Visa & Travel Information to Jakarta, Indonesia

All international participants attending the event in Jakarta must comply with Indonesian immigration and entry regulations. Participants should verify all requirements with the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence prior to travel.

Participant Type Typical Visa Category Notes
Speakers / Presenters Business Visa C10 Required for presenting at conference sessions, panels or seminars.
Exhibitors Business Visa C11 Required for company representatives participating as exhibitors or promoting products/services.
Conference Delegates Business Visa C11 For delegates attending meetings, sessions or networking.
Exhibition Visitors Visa on Arrival (VOA) or e-VOA For visitors attending without presenting, exhibiting, or conducting formal business; eligibility depends on nationality.

Passport Requirements

All travellers must hold:

  • A passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry
  • Confirmed onward or return travel arrangements

Visa Sponsors / Guarantors

Certain visa categories (C10 and C11) require a local sponsor or guarantor.

Please note:

  • The event organiser cannot act as a sponsor or guarantor.
  • Participants must arrange a sponsor through a licensed visa agent, Indonesian company, or eligible individual.
  • Invitation letters provided by the organiser do not guarantee visa approval.

Arrival Declaration – All Indonesia Portal

(COMPULSORY FOR ALL FOREIGN ATTENDEES)

All travellers to Jakarta must complete the All Indonesia Arrival Declaration prior to arrival:

  • The system replaces the previous Electronic Customs Declaration (e‑CD) and health pass.
  • It consolidates immigration, customs, and health information into one online form.
  • After submission, travellers receive a QR code to present to airport authorities.

Recommendation: Complete the All Indonesia declaration before departure to ensure a smooth entry process.

Arrival Checklist – Jakarta Airport

To facilitate smooth arrival:

Before Departure:

  • Passport valid for ≥6 months
  • Correct visa type (if required)
  • Completed All Indonesia Arrival Declaration
  • Travel and accommodation details

Upon Arrival:

  • Present passport and visa at Immigration
  • Collect baggage
  • Present QR code from All Indonesia portal to Customs / Immigration
  • Proceed to exit hall

Responsibility for Visa Arrangements

The event organiser does not process visas. All participants are responsible for obtaining:

  • The correct visa type
  • Any required sponsorship
  • Completed arrival declarations

Exhibitors failing to secure the required visa in time may be subject to cancellation fees in accordance with their contract.
