Yori Marten is the Vice President of Asset Management at PT PLN Batam, have over 16 years of experience in the utility industry. He lead strategic planning, financial modelling, and investment analysis of power plants with a total capacity of 2,000 MW, spanning across various technologies and regions.Â
As a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) from LSPMR and a Certified Asset Management Professional from IAM Academy based on ISO 55001:2024, he applied the ISO 31000 Enterprise Risk Management framework to identify and mitigate risks, while ensuring effective and efficient asset management.Â
His mission is to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and sustainability of power plants, while maximizing return on investment and minimizing environmental and social impacts. He is passionate about renewable and green energy development and have gained valuable insights from an intensive training program at TNB ILSAS Malaysia. He is always eager to learn new technologies and collaborate with other professionals in the field.Â
