Xen is the APAC Product Manager for Grid Monitoring at TE Connectivity Smart Grid, where he leads smart grid innovation and advanced fault detection initiatives across the region. With a background in medium-voltage switchgear and power systems engineering, Xen has progressed from business development function in the ANZ industrial market to Head of Product for TE Energy in ANZ region. Following TE’s acquisition of Kries Energietechnik, he expanded into Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs), strengthening digital grid monitoring capabilities across APAC. Based in Sydney, Xen combines technical expertise and strategic product leadership to help utilities build more resilient, intelligent power network
