Vikas Singh
Shri Vikas Singh is currently working as Manager (E) at Damodar Valley Corporation since 2013. He holds a degree of B.E (Electrical), A Master’s degree in Power system and PGP in Renewable Energy. He has presented 10 no of papers at different conferences and platforms. He is an accomplished, dynamic and versatile Electrical Engineer with 13+ years of experience in the field of transmission line & sub-station construction from 33 KV level to 400kV level and operation & Maintenance work of Sub-station. Presently he is in charge at 220/33KV Sub-station.
Vikas has a strong interest in applying digital technologies and automation to improve operational efficiency. He is also actively involved in research and technical studies related to carbon-footprint reduction, sustainable power infrastructure, and lifecycle asset management. His professional approach combines practical field experience with analytical thinking, innovation, and a commitment to improving reliability, efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the power sector.
