Tran Duc Thinh
Tran Duc Thinh is the Deputy Director of the Information Technology and Telecommunications Department at Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC). With over 30 years of experience in the power sector, he specializes in power system design, IT infrastructure development and operation, cybersecurity, and corporate digital transformation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Systems Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Science, and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). He has participated in numerous projects involving the application of digital technologies to grid operations, digital transformation and cybersecurity in power system.
