Torsak's work skills are extensive and diversifying from engineering to master planning and financing, business development, market study and analysis, creating new shopping malls concept, project location analysis, project design and layout planning, leasing plan development, shopping mall development, property management and marketing event management. His profession reflects a profound understanding of the property development industry, combining his engineering circumstantial with advanced financial knowledge and practical experiences in very large mix-used commercial real estate development.

He began his career in civil and structural engineering, graduating with a bachelor's degree. His very first job was as a field engineer, managing and constructing chiller plants for large industrial estate in Thailand. After graduated master’s degree in construction and Facility management from Gorge Washington University, he pursued his experiences as a project manager position, working in Washington D.C. Metro area. During this period, he engaged in numerous projects, including the renovation of several government buildings, commercial center development, and master planning for new urban towns development. These experiences were crucial in the growth of his knowledge in urban planning, commercial development, and retail development.

After a decade of working abroad, Torsak returned to Thailand, started career in business development at leading property and retail development companies. He involved in many successful large mix-used developments with recognized international property development awards. During this time, recognizing the essential role of financial knowledge in property development, he pursued another Master’s degree, Business modelling and financial analysis, from Mahidol International College.
