Tiffany is a forward-thinking executive and the Director of Delivery for APAC at Kraken Technology, where she steers large-scale digital transformation initiatives for utilities across the region. With over 25 years of extensive experience in the energy retail and utility sectors, Tiffany has established herself as a leading voice on navigating the complexities of modern technological shifts and driving impactful, sustainable industry change.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has successfully guided prominent organisations through high-stakes business transformations and complex market entries. Her deep industry expertise is further backed by strategic management and senior project delivery roles at organisations such as Sumo, Simply Energy, EnergyAustralia and New Zealand Post. Through these roles, she has developed a battle-tested understanding of why rigid legacy frameworks fail to support fast-paced modern transformations and how companies need to build cultures that actively embrace innovation.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and recently completed the intensive Future of Transformation Forum at Oxford University, developed in collaboration with the Saïd Business School.
