I am a Technical Engineer and Data System Specialist with Petrovietnam, supporting the Ninh Thuan 2 Nuclear Power Project. My work focuses on project preparation, data and system management, technical coordination, and structured information for decision-making in Vietnam's renewed nuclear power programme. I also contribute to international cooperation and capacity-building in nuclear safeguards and nuclear power development. At Enlit Asia 2026, I bring a Vietnamese project practitioner's perspective on SMRs, MMRs, and advanced reactors, particularly their technology readiness, infrastructure needs, regulation, financing, localisation, and long-term national capability requirements.
