Thidarat Sawai
Thidarat Sawai hold a Master’s degree in Solar Energy from University of Perpignan Via Domitia, France. She joined the Division of Solar energy development, Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) in 2010, during a moment when solar energy was just beginning to gain traction in Thailand’ energy landscape.
Her word has centered on advancing solar energy adoption, with a particular focus on promoting solar hot water systems in hospitals, hotels, and industrial facilities, across both in urban and rural communities. Currently, she leads effort in solar energy data management, including the development of solar energy data standards and the facilitation data sharing and collaboration among key organizations. Her mission is to enable data-driven strategies that support the sustainable integration of solar energy nationwide.
