Hello, my name is Syarif Hidayatullah. I currently work in Marketing & Customer Relations at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services. My professional experience combines technical knowledge, customer relations, and business development. Prior to working in marketing, I gained experience in power plant operations, which gave me a practical understanding of the technical side of the business.In my current role, I work on building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, developing proposals, pricing, and supporting negotiations. I enjoy working with different teams and finding ways to connect customer needs with the solutions we can provide.For me, being professional means being responsible, working systematically, communicating well, and always looking for ways to improve. I am also interested in business growth, innovation, and continuously developing my skills through both work and learning.
