Satyendra Kumar Sahoo, B.Tech (Electrical), MBA (Operations Management), graduated in Electrical Engineering from Odisha School of Mining Engineering in 2007 and completed his MBA in Operations Management from IGNOU in 2018. He began his professional career with M/s Crompton Greaves Limited (CGL) as a Maintenance Engineer for High Voltage Rotating Machines and joined Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) in 2010, where he has been working in the electrical transmission sector.He has over 15 years of experience in electric grid operations, substation management, and transmission line maintenance. His expertise includes operation and maintenance of EHV substations and transmission lines, adoption and retrofitting of advanced technologies, renovation and modernization of transmission assets, and implementation of innovative solutions for asset management. His work focuses on enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and performance of DVC’s transmission network through technology-driven modernization.
