Ms. Satoko Takata (Fukaya) is the Chief Representative of the Jakarta Representative Office of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). Since joining JBIC in 2005, she has built extensive experience in international finance, country risk assessment, corporate finance, project finance and energy sector investments. She has held a range of leadership positions in both Tokyo and Jakarta, supporting energy and infrastructure development projects across Asia. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Division 3 in the Energy Solutions Finance Department. Ms. Fukaya holds degrees in Economics from Keio University and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.
