Salil Joshi is a utilities and digital transformation leader with over 24 years of global experience across energy, water, utilities and local government. He is currently Associate Vice President, Product & Solution Engineering – Power & Utilities, ASEAN & ANZ at Smart Energy Water (SEW).
Salil works with utilities across Asia-Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East & Africa, helping them accelerate digital transformation through AI, customer experience, intelligent self-service, digital platforms and data-driven utility operations. His expertise spans customer experience applications, enterprise and CIS/CRM integration, revenue and collections transformation, and connected customer engagement.
A strong advocate of People + AI, Salil is passionate about helping utilities move from transactional digital services to proactive, personalised and intelligent customer experiences while improving operational efficiency.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat(India), and brings a practical, industry-focused perspective on building smarter, more customer-centric and future-ready utilities.
