Sai Abhishek Sara is a Senior Data Scientist at Bidgely Technologies, where he builds machine learning systems for utility energy analytics. His work spans non-intrusive load disaggregation for EV detection from smart meter data, generative modelling of residential load, and long-term load forecasting for distribution network planning. He works at the intersection of deep learning and power systems, focusing on translating smart meter data into insights utilities can act on. He previously worked as a Data Scientist at Mastercard's AI Garage on applied machine learning with financial data. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
