Rahul Kumar
Mr. Rahul Kumar is a 2011 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Bihar cadre with over 14 years of diverse administrative experience. He has effectively implemented key central and state flagship schemes across sectors such as health, education, power, rural development, and public distribution. Known for his leadership in maintaining law & order, managing disasters, and conducting assembly and general elections, he has also played a pivotal role in facilitating large-scale industrial projects, ensuring their smooth execution and alignment with public interest. Since June 2025, he has been serving as Managing Director, NBPDCL, providing strategic leadership.
