Mr. Phee Penchan received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energy Systems (Eng) from University of Leeds, UK and Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Kasetsart University, Thailand. Currently, he is working as an Electrical Engineer at Power Economics Department, Metropolitan Electricity Authority, Thailand. His responsibilities and interests are energy policy, energy deregulation, electricity market, renewable energy system, power system simulation, and data analysis.
