Parulian Noviandri
Parulian Noviandri, ST., MME, is an Indonesian power-sector executive born in Solok, West Sumatra, on 11 November 1970. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Power Generation Strategic Planning at PT PLN (Persero), bringing extensive leadership experience across system planning, finance, and regional electricity operations. His career includes serving as Vice President of System Planning at PLN’s Kalimantan Business Directorate from February 2019 to January 2021, followed by Vice President of Financial Management at the Sumatra Kalimantan Business Directorate from February 2021 to January 2022. He was then appointed General Manager of PLN UID Aceh from February 2022 to January 2025. Subsequently, he served as General Manager of PLN UID Riau and Riau Islands from February 2024 to August 2024. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and utility operations, supporting PLN’s efforts to improve reliability, business performance, and long-term power system development.
