Mr. Paisan Ongcharoen is the Chief of the EV Business Service Section under the Asset Management Business Division, Business Development Department, at the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). He holds a Master of Engineering in Electric Power System Management from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). Since joining PEA in 2012, he has served in various engineering and leadership roles across corporate and business development divisions, with expertise in new business strategy, related business development, and now electric vehicle services, supporting PEA’s transition into sustainable energy solutions.
