Novri Suhermi is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Statistics at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Social Statistics at Lancaster University, UK, focusing on stakeholder influence on building energy consumption, and holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Université Paris Diderot. He brings over 10 years of experience as a data analyst across various industries, including e-commerce, technology, and marketing analytics, applying statistical modelling and machine learning to solve real-world business problems. His research centers on functional data analysis, time series forecasting, and machine learning, with recent work applying these methods to energy and environmental data.
