Norman Ginting
Norman is a professional with more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in power generation, project development, commercialization, project financing, engineering, and operations. Currently, he serves as the Director of Project & Operations at PT Pertamina Power Indonesia, where he leads the development and execution of strategic power and renewable energy projects.He earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and has strengthened his leadership capabilities through executive programs at Stanford University, INSEAD, Kellogg School of Management, and GE Crotonville. Throughout his career, he has been committed to advancing Indonesia's energy transition by driving innovative and sustainable energy solutions, including solar PV, wind, battery energy storage, and gas-to-power projects.Beyond his professional responsibilities, he actively contributes to the energy sector through his roles in the Indonesian Electricity Society (MKI) and the Indonesian Renewable Energy Society (METI), supporting collaboration and the development of a more sustainable energy future.
