Nguyen Viet Luu is a Software Engineer at EVNHCMC (Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation), working within the IT Technical Department of the Customer Care Center. He is responsible for developing and managing digital solutions aimed at enhancing customer service in the electricity sector. Recently, Luu has focused on building a multichannel software ecosystem that integrates AI and automation to improve communication between EVNHCMC and its customers.
