Nammon Lertchitcharat
Nammon Lertchitcharat is Head of the Foreign Power Purchase Agreements Negotiation Section at the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), with 14 years of experience as an electrical engineer. She specializes in negotiating and drafting power purchase agreements (PPA) for large-scale hydroelectric projects and cross-border energy trade.
She has led technical negotiations for major projects including Xe-pian Xe-namnoy, Nam Ngiep 1, and Nam Thuen 1, and has advised on PPAs with Vietnam Electricity (EVN), Myanmar’s EPGE, and Malaysia’s Syarikat Sesco Berhad. Since 2017, she has also delivered PPA-related training to both public and private sector organizations.
Nammon is an active speaker at international conferences such as CEPSI and CIGRE, sharing expertise on cross-border electricity trading and innovative PPA structures.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok.
