Md Rezaul Karim Khan
Md. Rezaul Karim Khan is the Chief Engineer at the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) and currently serves as Director (Power) at the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC). He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Management Information Systems. With over 24 years of experience, he has worked extensively in electricity distribution, generation, design, inspection, and planning of power generation, transmission, and distribution, including roles within the Independent Power Producer Cell under BPDB. In addition, he brings more than four years of regulatory expertise at BERC, where he has contributed to the formulation, amendment, and updating of key policies and frameworks such as the Licensing Regulations, Electricity Grid Code, Electricity Distribution Code, and Thermal Power Plant Energy Audit Regulations.
