He spearheads the expansion of Kraken’s cutting-edge SaaS platform across the Asia-Pacific, delivering large-scale deployments for major utilities. Previously, as GM of Powershop, Mark led the company’s global growth, including a landmark licensing deal with RWE npower in the UK, and helped establish Powershop as Australasia's top-rated energy retailer. He also drove international platform adoption as Chief Customer Officer at Flux Federation. Recognised as Young Energy Professional of the Year in 2016, Mark is known for building high-performing teams and leading transformative, customer-centric strategies at scale.
