Le Anh Khoa holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and is currently working as a SCADA/DMS Engineer at the Ho Chi Minh City Power System Operation Center under the Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation. Since 2019, he has been involved in the development and operation of the Mini SCADA system and the Distribution Automation System (DAS) for the Ho Chi Minh City power grid.'
