Kristy focuses on helping leaders move beyond technology adoption and build the foundations needed to create lasting business impact. Her work spans data strategy, analytics, governance, and organisational change -- enabling utilities to translate data into measurable outcomes for customers, employees, and the business.
Before Kraken, Kristy spent over 20 years advising enterprises on how to use data to solve complex challenges across energy, technology, and financial services. She has held data and product leadership positions at several clean energy and fintech startups, including Arcadia, Opower, Simple, and Kiva.
