Kellie De Pooter
Kellie De Pooter joined G&W Electric in 2017 as Manager, Global Marketing Communications. She has been instrumental in transforming the marketing and communications function into a key driver of sales through strategic development areas including brand awareness, digital transformation, sales automation, thought leadership and Voice of the Customer programs. Kellie has assisted in implementing Salesforce.com, increasing the company’s online presence, and standardizing the brand and communications. As a result, in 2022 she was promoted to Director, Global Marketing Communications and was assigned to lead two strategic stretch projects focused on enhancing the organisation’s Leadership and Development programs.
In 2023, Kellie was promoted to Director, Global Marketing and Internal Communications and spear-headed a cross-functional team in developing a company communications platform to improve internal communications and employee engagement.
Kellie received a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from St. Ambrose University.
