Irvan Kristianto is the Vice President of Electricity Distribution and Customer Service Application in the IT Division at PLN Headquarters. With nearly two decades of experience in IT operations, audits, and system integration, he has served in various leadership roles, including VP of SULMAPA Region IT Operations, Deputy of IT Audit at PLN HQ, and Deputy of IT at PLN Bangka Belitung. Beginning his career as part of PLN’s IT team in 2004, Irvan now oversees critical applications supporting electricity distribution processes, SCADA integration, smart meters, and customer-facing platforms for sales, billing, and mobile services.
