Inez Carissa
Inez Carissa is an Officer in the Business Planning Division at PT PLN (Persero) UID Banten, with professional experience in the electricity sector since 2017. Her work focuses on corporate planning, ESG, and sustainability, with a growing interest in strengthening resilience and
sustainability within power distribution systems.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Universitas Diponegoro and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), where she pursued her graduate studies as a scholarship awardee of PT PLN (Persero).
Her academic and professional interests include environmental sustainability, climate and disaster resilience, and their integration into electricity business planning. As a co-author of “Contingency Planning for Power Distribution Resilience: A Case Study of Disaster in PLN UID Banten,” she contributes perspectives that bridge environmental considerations, sustainability, and practical planning within the electricity distribution sector.
