Ilham Muliawan Hamzah is a Distribution System Planning and Evaluation Officer at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. He specializes in distribution planning for the isolated, low-inertia Luwuk–Toili power system, with research interests in frequency-constrained electric-vehicle hosting capacity. Ilham holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and is a registered Professional Engineer (IPP) with the Indonesian Institution of Engineers (PII).
