Lee Hui Cin is the Director at IND Technology, with a background in electrical power engineering and over 20 years of experience across power systems, medium-voltage systems, distribution transformers, and power consulting in the Asia-Pacific region. Her career spans engineering, technical solutions, business development and regional leadership roles with leading organizations including ABB, Siemens and Hitachi Energy. Her technical and market expertise covers power system studies, electricity import and export, HVDC and FACTS, renewable energy integration, offshore wind, hydrogen and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). She has worked extensively with utilities, consultants, developers and industry stakeholders across APAC, including Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. Combining strong engineering fundamentals with extensive regional industry experience, Hui Cin brings a practical perspective on grid modernization, emerging energy technologies and the challenges of integrating new solutions into evolving power systems. She holds a Bachelor of Electrical Power Engineering from University Tenaga Nasional.
