Mr Ho-dong Wang is Administration Director and Head of the Management Support Office at the Samcheonpo Power Division of Korea South-East Power Co., Ltd. (KOEN). Since joining KOEN in April 2001, he has built extensive experience across corporate planning, budgeting, human resources, administration and power plant management. His previous appointments include Deputy Manager of the Budget Team within the Corporate Planning Department; General Manager of Human Resources Development and General Affairs within the Corporate Management Department; and General Manager of General Affairs and Planning at the Yeongdong Eco Power Division. He also served as General Manager of the Planning and Management Team at Goseong Green Power Co., Ltd. In November 2013, he received the Minister of Education Award for Best Human Resources Development. Mr Wang earned a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Convergence from Gyeongsang National University in August 2023, further strengthening his expertise in sustainable energy and organisational leadership.
