Henry Santoso earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from University of Brawijaya, Malang, Indonesia and completed his master's degrees at Ins.tut Teknologi Bandung, Bandung, Indonesia in 2020. He has been working at PT PLN (Persero) since 2009 and currently served at PT PLN UP2D Jawa Timur as an Assistant Manager of Planning. He is an expert in his field, particularly in 20 kV electrical power distribution. His long-term goal in his company is to develop even further the smart grid project, especially in 20kv system, to increase the reliability so as the customer sa.sfac.on, underlined the necessary bringing SAIDI SAIFI into higher milestone in enterprise performance indicator.
