Harman Faiz Habib Muhamad
Harman Faiz Bin Habib Muhamad was appointed to the Board of UEM Lestra Berhad (“Lestra”) on 27 June 2023. He was also appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Lestra on 1 February 2024 and later as the Chief Executive Officer of Lestra on 1 August 2024. He was subsequently appointed as the Managing Director of UEM Lestra on 1 November 2025.
As the CEO of Lestra, Harman is responsible with the planning and execution of UEM Lestra's strategies and operations, including strengthening and growing the green assets under UEM Group Berhad (“UEM”), the green investment platform of Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
Harman who joined UEM in 2009, holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. His professional journey includes being an advocate and solicitor at Messrs Mohd Khamil & Co, and Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co. He also served as the Head of Legal Services at Malakoff Corporation Berhad, prior to joining UEM. He held various positions in UEM, including Head of Legal, Director of Corporate Support Services and Director of Commercial, before assuming the position in Lestra.
Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Cenergi SEA Berhad and holds directorships in subsidiary and associated companies under Lestra.
