Hello, my name is Ganang Alfadin. I am a power generation professional currently working at PLN Nusantara Power Services as a Team Leader of Operations and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (LK3).
I have professional experience in power plant operations, safety management, team leadership, technical training, and operational improvement, particularly in Gas Engine Power Plants (PLTMG). In my current role, I am responsible for coordinating operational activities, ensuring safe and reliable plant performance, supporting troubleshooting activities, and developing the capabilities of my team.
I also have experience as an PLTMG Operations Instructor at PLN Nusantara Power Services and as an Instructor at PLN Training Center, TDC UBP Bali. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate technical knowledge, develop people, and lead teams effectively.
I am also passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. One of my technical improvement initiatives involves the modification of the flat washer on an injection pump, aimed at supporting equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
I believe my strengths are a combination of technical expertise, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and an innovative mindset. I am committed to continuously learning and creating value through operational excellence, safety, reliability, and sustainable improvement.
