Mr. Fauzi Arubusman is a professional at PT PLN (Persero) with more than 30 years of experience in marketing, customer service, technology innovation, and corporate management. He has been serving as Vice President of Customer Acquisition and Special Services at PLN Head Office since July 2025.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership in developing customer acquisition strategies, improving service quality, and managing strategic projects across various PLN units in Indonesia.
