Fajar Arian Abadi
Fajar Arian Abadi is an Instrumentation and Control Engineer and Team Leader at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services, with over eight years of experience spanning subcritical and circulating fluidised bed coal-fired power plants in Indonesia. He currently leads the I&C maintenance team at PLTU Ketapang (2×10 MW CFB, West Kalimantan), following prior service at PLTU Rembang (2×315 MW). His technical expertise encompasses DCS/DEH control systems, SIL assessment, turbine governor logic, and digital innovation in plant operations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and is pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainable Electrical Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya. Arian is an active IEEE author and DJKI-registered inventor, with research interests in physics-informed machine learning, carbon MRV, and biomass co-firing optimisation.
