Enning Lai
Enning is an Energy Systems Consultant at Arup, specialising in energy system modelling and optimisation for complex power systems. Her expertise spans solar PV, offshore wind, battery storage, HV subsea transmission and green hydrogen, helping clients make informed investment and operational decisions through techno-economic analysis and integrated system planning.
She has supported large-scale cross-border power import projects to Singapore and power sector studies across the Asia-Pacific region, developing resilient, cost-effective and low-carbon energy strategies. Enning holds a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, specialising in Advanced Materials for Energy and Sustainability. Combining strong technical expertise with practical experience, she delivers data-driven solutions that support the energy transition and the development of future-ready energy systems.
