Elan Biantoro is Chairman of the Indonesian National Oil and Gas Companies Association (ASPERMIGAS). He brings extensive experience across Indonesia’s oil and gas sector, having held senior roles including Vice President of Operational & Planning at SKK Migas, Vice President Representative at Pertamina EP and Genting Oil, and Vice President of Management Representative at SKK Migas for CNOOC, Genting Oil Kalrez, and Tiara Bumi Petroleum.
He also served as President Director of PT Assera Petrolindo Gemilang, operator of the West Kampar Oil & Gas Block in Riau. Elan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) and has been actively involved in professional organisations including IAGI and HAGI.
