David Hutagalung is a senior energy and infrastructure executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across ASEAN. He is GE Vernova's Business Development Director for the Asia region, leading regional business development strategy since March 2025. Previously, he served as Honeywell’s Country President for Indonesia and the Philippines (July 2023 – December 2024) and GE’s Country Director for Power in Indonesia, holding various roles during his 16-year tenure at GE which started in July 2007. David holds a BA from the University of Indonesia and an MBA from The George Washington University. He is married with two young children.
