Chairani Rachmatullah
Chairani Rachmatullah is a seasoned executive with over 33 years of lleadership experience within the PLN Group. Currently serving as the President Director of PT Bakti Energi Sejahtera, she previously held key leadership roles, including President Director of PT PLN Enjiniring (2022–2026), Executive Chairperson of Srikandi PLN, and Senior Executive VP of Risk Management of PLN. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Civil Engineering, alongside a Master of Energy Studies from the University of Melbourne. She is now doing her Doctoral in Engineering at Indonesia University. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in shaping energy infrastructure planning, driving key fuel and gas supply agreements, and advocating for gender mainstreaming across the energy sector.
