Bona Ryan
Bona Ryan is a researcher specializing in climate risk assessment and infrastructure resilience. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Universitas Indonesia, a master's degree in sustainability through the Erasmus Mundus programme, and is completing his PhD in climate risk and resilience at the University of Victoria. His research focuses on developing quantitative methods for assessing physical climate risks to critical infrastructure systems. He has worked for PLN for over 15 years including serving in a leadership role in project management. His work has been published in leading international journals, including Energy and Buildings and the International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction, and has been recognized through several research commercialization and innovation programs, including Lab2Market and the Invention to Innovation (i2I) Program.
