He has contributed to major gas-engine power projects, maintenance activities, and power plant commissioning, while also supporting site teams with technical troubleshooting.
As an Operation Expert, Banu supports connectivity implementation and delivers practical solutions to operational challenges. He also develops tools and platforms that improve work efficiency, including leading a Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement initiative focused on fuel consumption.
He is actively involved in supporting sales and business development teams, particularly in identifying and understanding customer needs.
