Arif Ilham Adnan
Arif Ilham Adnan is a transformation leader and advocate for trusted digital innovation with nearly three decades of experience across the energy, technology, financial services, and public sectors. He has led governance, operational excellence, and transformation programmes across more than 50 organisations throughout Europe, MENA, and East Asia, strengthening resilience, safety, and long-term value creation.
He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), and an MSc in Energy Finance and Petroleum Economics from the University of Dundee. He is a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidate at INTI International University. His academic and executive education includes programmes at the University of Cambridge, UNSW Australia, the University of Sydney, Murdoch University, Tsinghua University, the National University of Singapore (NUS), and Lemhannas RI.
Arif is Co-Founder of the Association of Digital Leaders Indonesia (APDI) and President of the Association of Content Creator and Digital Media Indonesia (ADCI). He also leads the development and market expansion of TNOS Alert Button, a digital emergency response platform, and Volant, an AI-powered connectivity solution supporting remote operations across the energy, mining, maritime, and offshore sectors.
A recipient of the University of Dundee Outstanding Alumni Ambassador Award, Arif is passionate about leveraging digital trust, artificial intelligence, and connectivity to accelerate the energy transition and strengthen critical infrastructure resilience across Indonesia and the wider region.
