Andri Pratiwa started his career with Shell in 2003 as Key Account Manager for industrial markets. In 2014, he was appointed Vice President Lubricants for Direct Business, his role managing partnerships with large companies, both in the industrial and auto markets. Prior to his role as Director on January 1, 2020 to oversee the growing lubricant business in Indonesia, he served as Vice President Sales B2B & Mining Business, where he successfully implemented transformation in the B2B indirect channel which included strategy creation and implementation. During his tenure at Shell Indonesia, Andri has succeeded in driving significant growth and successfully positioned Shell Lubricants as the brand of choice in the industry.

Andri is a Marketing graduate from Krisnadwipayana University and sharpened his Marketing knowledge at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
