Anand Mayank
Anand Mayank is a technology strategist and energy professional with over 18 years of experience in digital transformation, international business, and advanced power systems. He serves as Manager (International Business) at POWERGRID, India, supporting global transmission and energy initiatives through technical expertise and strategic execution.
Before joining POWERGRID in 2017, he worked as a Scientist-B at the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Government of India (2009-2017), contributing to national ICT infrastructure programs, and began his career with HCL Technologies in 2008.
At POWERGRID, he has contributed to international consultancy projects and partnerships across multiple regions, focusing on AI, digital twins, cybersecurity, blockchain, and data-driven asset management for utility modernization. Mr. Mayank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (PGDIT), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Executive), the latter being a fully sponsored program by POWERGRID under its leadership development initiative.
He has presented papers at GRIDCON-2025, IEW-2026, and BES-2026, received the POWERGRID Uttam Award, and actively promotes cross-border collaboration for sustainable grid modernization.
