Alan Rantelino
Alan Rantelino is the ASEAN Technology Business Development Manager at Siemens Digital Industries, focusing on industrial digitalization, IT/OT convergence, industrial networking, and OT/ICS cybersecurity.
With more than a decade of experience across Southeast Asia, he works with manufacturers, critical infrastructure operators, and public-sector organizations to navigate digital transformation while strengthening secure and resilient industrial operations. His experience spans key industry frameworks and practices including IEC 62443, the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.
Alan has a strong interest in making industrial cybersecurity practical and accessible. He has developed interactive learning platforms such as OT War Room and OT CyberShield to help industrial professionals better understand cyber risks, incident scenarios, and operational resilience through hands-on learning.
As a certified Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) Assessor and Trainer, he has supported organizations in assessing Industry 4.0 readiness and shaping digitalization and cybersecurity initiatives aligned with their operational priorities.
Alan is also a regular speaker at industry events across the region, including Enlit Asia, SEMICON Southeast Asia, and OTCEP, where he shares practical perspectives on industrial connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Through his work, he aims to contribute to the development of more connected, secure, resilient, and future-ready industrial operations across ASEAN.
