Ahmad Shaoqi is a renewable energy professional and civil servant with experience in energy policy, energy conservation, and renewable energy resource assessment. He currently serves at the Aceh Government’s Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, contributing to energy planning, renewable energy development, and technical policy analysis. He holds a Master of Engineering Science (Renewable Energy) from UNSW Sydney. His master’s research focused on the techno-economic assessment of renewable energy resources in Aceh, integrating GIS, climate datasets, and renewable energy modelling tools.
